This piece is by the same Tokoname artist as #005 and was used alongside it as a pair of rice bowls.
While #005 was a dark, unglazed yakishime bowl in deep brown tones, this one has a brighter surface and a more open character.
The clay body reveals a distinct granular texture, and the particles catch the light, adding depth to the surface.
